Our takeaway service is operating Wednesday-Saturday 5-9pm & Sunday 12-4 (for Sunday Lunch)
We are currently offering takeaway meals with 10 minute collection slots allocated
The menu is posted each opening day 1 hour prior to the service commencement, the daily menu can be viewed on our Facebook page Kings Arms Polebrook
We accept telephone orders 30 minutes prior to opening onwards please call 01832 272363

We offer a delivery service in the village of Polebrook for those who are isolating
A selection of Beer, Wine, Soft Drinks and Crisps is also available

Temporary Closure
In light of the government announcement for all citizens to not access pubs we have decided to close the bar and restaurant on a temporary basis.
We know how disappointing it will be for all our many regular customers and thank you for your loyal support
We will review this on 31st March 2020 or if the government advice changes prior to this

Originally built in 1695 during the reign of King William III, The Kings Arms is constructed of local limestone and boasts a local reed thatched roof, the interior retains much of the charm which you would associate with a heritage building from this period and has recently undergone a substantial but sympathetic refurbishment. The cosy bar area with stone fireplace rises up to the cottage room dining area which can seat up to 35 diners, this space then flows into a conservatory extension which can host a further 26 diners.
There is also plenty of space to enjoy a meal or drink on the front terrace or in the rear garden which have also had a significant makeover.
The business is being managed by Ian Campbell and head chef Matthew Longfoot, the food and drink offer have a focus on local suppliers and using seasonal ingredients.
